1 - What does success look like in the first 3-6 months?

Reason - Set expectations and realistic understanding.

2- What are the biggest challenges you expect to encounter with this role?

Reason - Signals you know every job has challenges and you’re thinking ahead.

3- Why did you join the company, and what has kept you around?

Reason - Good deeper dive into the culture and what they like.

4- Based on everything we have spoken about, are there any reservations about me being successful in this role?

Reason - Great question to ask at the end of the interview, gives you a chance to alleviate their concerns.
