Senior Product Designer

We’re partnering with a product-led technology company in the healthcare space focused on improving access, usability, and real-world outcomes through thoughtful digital design.

They’re looking for a Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) to play a key role in shaping intuitive, human-centred products used at scale. You’ll work end to end, from uncovering real user problems through research and discovery, to designing elegant interfaces and partnering closely with engineers to bring solutions to life.

In this role, you’ll lead user interviews, usability testing, and market analysis to inform product direction. You’ll translate insights into clear problem statements, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma, iterating quickly based on feedback, data, and testing. You’ll contribute to and evolve a shared design system, ensure accessibility best practice, and collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data teams to deliver simple, impactful outcomes.

You’ll be comfortable owning design across multiple live products, balancing user needs with commercial goals, and communicating design decisions clearly to stakeholders. You’ll also bring a modern mindset, leveraging AI-assisted design tools, staying current with emerging technologies, and championing strong design practice across the organisation.

You’ll have 5+ years’ experience in UX/UI or Product Design, strong experience across web and mobile, a solid grounding in research and accessibility, and proven experience working in agile, cross-functional environments. Experience contributing to front-end components or working closely with React-based teams will be highly regarded.
