MAP Talent are partnering with a leading financial services organisation to appoint three Senior Business Analysts to join a high-profile transformation portfolio. These roles will play a key part in delivering strategic initiatives, including platform onboarding, business transformation, regulatory change and digital modernisation.

This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside senior business and technology stakeholders on complex, enterprise-wide programmes that will shape the future of the organisation.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for driving business analysis activities from discovery through to implementation, working across multiple transformation initiatives. You'll collaborate with business leaders, product owners, architects and delivery teams to define business requirements, improve processes and ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end business analysis activities across complex transformation programmes.
  • Facilitate workshops and engage with senior business and technology stakeholders.
  • Elicit, document and validate business, functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Analyse current and future state business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support platform onboarding initiatives and large-scale business transformation projects.
  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure requirements are understood and successfully implemented.
  • Identify business risks, dependencies and impacts throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Produce high-quality documentation including business requirements, user stories, process maps and acceptance criteria.
  • Support testing, business readiness and implementation activities where required.
You'll be an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a proven track record of delivering complex projects within the Life Insurance, Superannuation or Wealth Management sectors.

You'll also bring:
  • Extensive Senior Business Analysis experience within Financial Services.
  • Strong domain knowledge across Life Insurance, Superannuation and/or Wealth Management.
  • Previous experience working on platform onboarding, business transformation or large-scale change initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
  • Strong process mapping and requirements elicitation capability.
  • Experience working within Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments.
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
