Performance Marketing Manager
Performance Manager About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Performance Manager to take ownership of paid advertising performance across a national network of franchise locations. This is a hands-on and client-facing role where you’ll drive campaign strategy, optimise performance, and provide clear insights that deliver measurable business outcomes.
You’ll live in the world of Meta and Google Ads, using data and creativity to help local businesses grow, while collaborating closely with internal teams to refine messaging, creative execution, and digital strategy.
Key Responsibilities - Manage and optimise paid campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Manager to deliver high-quality leads.
- Monitor lead quality, CPL, and conversion trends to guide campaign decisions.
- Report on performance using Google Analytics and Looker Studio, providing actionable insights.
- Present results and recommendations through bi-weekly check-ins, monthly reports, and quarterly strategy reviews.
- Collaborate with Creative and Network Health teams to align ad strategy, messaging, and creative output.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, platform updates, and attribution models in digital performance.
- Act as an internal advocate for performance marketing, sharing insights and education with franchise partners.
- Contribute to process improvements and digital system optimisation.
About You - 5+ years’ experience managing Meta and Google ad campaigns.
- Deep understanding of digital performance metrics and attribution.
- Proven experience in campaign setup, optimisation, and budget management.
- Strong communicator: confident presenting data and insights to stakeholders.
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- A natural problem-solver who brings fresh ideas and continuously looks to improve.
