About the Role

We are seeking a Digital Product Owner to own and evolve our core website experience, playing a critical role in driving customer growth, engagement, and retention. This role sits at the heart of a broader digital transformation and offers genuine autonomy to shape the product vision, roadmap, and delivery outcomes.

You will lead a dedicated Web Squad, working cross-functionally with design, engineering, data, marketing, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact digital experiences. There is a strong mandate to innovate across self-service, personalisation, and AI-enabled capabilities, with the opportunity for the role to grow into a more strategic product leadership position over time.

Key Responsibilities

Own the website product vision, roadmap, and backlog aligned to customer needs and business objectives
Lead a cross-functional agile delivery squad and drive end-to-end execution
Translate strategy and customer insights into clear epics, user stories, and prioritised initiatives
Drive growth and customer retention through optimisation of journeys and conversion funnels
Partner with UX, engineering, marketing, and analytics teams to deliver data-driven outcomes
Champion customer-centric design using qualitative and quantitative insights
Define and track product success through clear metrics, KPIs, and experimentation
Identify and progress opportunities for self-service, automation, and AI-led innovation
Act as the primary point of accountability for website performance and outcomes

About You

Proven experience as a Digital Product Owner or Product Manager owning a website or digital channel
Strong background delivering customer-facing digital products in complex environments
Comfortable operating with high levels of autonomy and ownership
Experienced working in agile delivery models with engineers and designers
Highly analytical and confident using data to inform prioritisation and decisions
Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
Passionate about building intuitive digital experiences that deliver measurable value

Desirable Experience

Experience in financial services, fintech, or regulated environments
Exposure to personalisation, self-service platforms, or AI-enabled digital products
Background in growth, optimisation, or experimentation (CRO, A/B testing)
