We need a sharp operator who thrives in the deep end, bringing structure, momentum, and delivery to a full-scale retail transformation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Build and roll out a national training plan across store networks
- Partner across merchandising, product, supply chain, and retail ops
- Lead execution of floor-ready stock, brand storytelling, and showroom experiences
- Support Heads of Change and GMs to land change with pace and clarity
- Create tools, playbooks, and enablement content that drives frontline engagement
- Elevate the in-store service model, product advocacy, selling, and experience uplift
- Bring the new brand DNA to life through confident, on-brand comms
MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE: - Proven track record executing change in large, complex retail networks
- Deep understanding of go-to-market execution at store level
- Retail background essential, fashion, apparel, department store experience preferred
- Strong commercial lens understands product, presentation, and experience
- Background in training, enablement, and store comms
- Able to confidently influence both store teams and senior leadership
NICE TO HAVE: - Experience rolling out showroom and floor-ready product activations
- Background in launching exclusive or private-label brands
- Exposure to matrix organisations and cross-functional delivery
- Strong storytelling and retail campaign execution
