Change Specialist

Dayforce Change Specialist | 3 Month Contract | Go Live Support
 
We are partnering with a well established organisation preparing for the final go live phase of their Dayforce implementation, supporting a workforce of approximately 2,000 users. They require an experienced Change Specialist to step in and drive front line adoption, engagement and confidence during this critical transition period.

This is a hands on, people facing role where all major change planning, impact assessments and training material development has already been completed. The focus now is execution, reinforcement and ensuring the business lands the change successfully.
 
The Role
You will be embedded within the programme team and work closely with stakeholders across the business to support user adoption, reinforce training and provide real time change support during the go live phase.
 
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary change support contact during Dayforce go live
- Deliver face to face engagement and support across approximately 2,000 users
- Reinforce existing training materials and change messaging
- Provide floor walking and hands on system support where required
- Work with business leaders to address adoption challenges and resistance
- Capture feedback and escalate improvement opportunities
- Support transition into business as usual operations
- Ensure strong user confidence and smooth system stabilisation
 
Required Experience
- Proven experience delivering change within Dayforce or HRIS transformations
- Strong go live support experience within large workforce environments
- Demonstrated success supporting change adoption across enterprise scale programmes
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Comfortable working directly with end users and leadership teams
- Ability to operate in fast paced, high visibility delivery environments
 
Contract Details
- 3 month initial contract
- Hybrid working model
- Some office presence required for stakeholder engagement and user support
- Immediate or short notice availability preferred
